The name teawagon comes from a wartime YMCA wagon that would serve tea to the troops in old enamel cups, the ladies wearing their headscarves tied in a bow and a pretty floral apron. The warm smell of bergamot and hot tea wafting from the flip-up side of the truck.
In my everyday life I am surrounded by boys, so here is my chance to indulge in all things crafty and pretty..
Before having our two boys, I was a high street clothing designer, I also did graphic design and worked freelance but these days I am happiest pegging out my freshly washed vintage sheets and making things out of them...
I plan to return to my graphic roots one day.......but for now the smell of tea and laundry powder fills my days :)
